These Terms of Service govern your use of the online store operated by BLACKSPACE MEDIA LTD (RC [registration no. on file]), 6 Hakeem Habeeb Close, Randle Avenue, Surulere, Lagos, Nigeria. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We aim to describe products accurately but do not warrant that every description is error-free. We may refuse or cancel an order where necessary (for example pricing errors or suspected fraud).
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (NGN); a US Dollar (USD) display is provided for convenience and orders settle in NGN. Payments are processed securely by our third-party processor, TransactPay. By paying, you authorise the charge for your order total including any applicable taxes and delivery fees.
4. Digital products & licences
Digital products are licensed to you for personal or stated educational use and may not be resold or redistributed. Access is provided through your account after successful payment.
5. Refunds
Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy and Delivery Policy, which form part of these terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content, branding and materials on this site are owned by BLACKSPACE MEDIA LTD or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blackspace Media is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the store. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
