Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases from BLACKSPACE MEDIA LTD(RC [registration no. on file]). Because we sell both digital resources and physical / offline kits and tools, different rules apply to each.

Digital products (downloads, e-books, courses, software licences)

Digital items are delivered instantly and are generally non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded. If you have not yet accessed the download and request a refund within 48 hours of purchase, we will review it. If a digital product is faulty, corrupted or not as described, contact us and we will fix it or issue a refund.

Physical & offline goods (educational tools, curriculum kits, devices)

Physical items may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Return delivery costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover them. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process any approved refund.

Non-refundable items

• Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.
• Teacher-training programmes once the session has commenced.
• Personalised or custom-prepared curriculum bundles.

How to request a refund

Email finance@blackspaceng.com or WhatsApp +234 703 569 3174 with your order number and reason. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method.

Currency & processing

Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency (settled in NGN), in line with Central Bank of Nigeria requirements. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after we approve it.
